Privacy policy

This website is run by Mortah (مرتاح), a delivery and logistics operations company based in Damascus, Syria. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means Mortah.

Nothing that identifies you. The site has no accounts or logins, no analytics or advertising tools, and no embedded services from other companies. Its fonts, images and code are all served from the site itself, so visiting it does not send your details to anyone else.

Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for a limited time to keep the site running and secure.

The contact form works entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to the site or saved by it. When you press send, the form opens WhatsApp or your email app with a message containing the details you entered, and nothing is sent until you send that message yourself.

The message then reaches us through WhatsApp or email, and those services handle it under their own privacy policies.

The site does not use cookies. If you pause the page's moving effects, your browser remembers that choice until the end of your visit, and it is never sent anywhere.

When you contact us, we receive what you choose to send. That usually includes:

• your name and phone number;
• your company, type of business and the regions you work in;
• what you need from Mortah.

We use your message to reply to you, to understand your request and to prepare or provide our services. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

We share it only with the members of our team who need it to handle your request, or when the law requires us to.

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and for any period the law requires. After that, we delete them.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will reply as soon as we can.

The site is meant for businesses and store owners. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we add a service that changes how the site handles information, such as analytics, we will update this policy first. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
