This website is run by Mortah (مرتاح), a delivery and logistics operations company based in Damascus, Syria. In these terms, "Mortah", "we" and "us" mean Mortah, and "you" means anyone who visits the site.

These terms cover the website only. Delivery and logistics services are provided under separate agreements that set out their own terms, prices and responsibilities.

You may browse the site and share links to it for your own information and for your business. You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law;
• try to disrupt the site, get around its security or reach it by automated means that put a load on it;
• copy the site's content or design for commercial use without our written permission.

We describe our services as clearly and accurately as we can, but the information on the site is general and can change without notice. It is not an offer or a contract, and it does not guarantee that a service is available in a particular area or at a particular time.

Examples on the site, such as the shipping company's operation, show how we can work. They are not accounts of specific clients.

Any delivery, logistics or operations work we carry out for you is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts. That agreement sets the scope, prices, timings and each side's responsibilities, and it takes precedence over anything on this site.

Once Mortah's merchant platform is available, accounts on it will have their own terms.

The contact form on the site does not send anything by itself. It prepares a message with the details you type and opens WhatsApp or your email app, where you choose whether to send it. Messages you send reach us through those services.

Please make sure the details you send are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. We aim to reply to every request, but sending one does not create an agreement between us.

The Mortah name and logo, and the site's text, design, drawings and code, belong to Mortah or to those who licensed them to us. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to Mortah fairly, for example when linking to the site.

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, email providers and the site's developer. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, so please read their own terms.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows, Mortah is not liable for any loss that results from using the site or relying on its general information.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic, and the courts of Damascus have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
